Ingredients:
- 1 pound powder sugar
- 2 c chunky peanut butter, plus 1/2-3/4 c smooth
- 3 c rice krispies cereal
- 1 stick margarine (oleo)
- 8 oz Hershey bar
- 16 oz choc chips
- 1/2 bar parafix wax (optional, makes more shiny and less sticky)
Directions:
Mix together first four ingredients, make into small balls - freeze.
In top of double broiler (but do not boil), melt Hershey bar, chocolate chips and parafix wax. Dip frozen balls into melted chocolate mixture and drop onto waxed paper. Can freeze again.
